This Chamoy sauce can be used on both fruit and chips. It is kosher if you hold by the hechsher VK alef alef. It has sugar in it and is not keto-friendly. The sauce doesn't need to be refrigerated and the bottle is a good size. It has a little Chile kick that goes amazing on anything, but it is not super spicy or sweet, just kinda salty with a fruity base to it. The sauce is perfect for mangonadas or fruit, however, it is not recommended for use in cooking. Some consumers found it flavorless and bland.
