- Question : I know the combination, but the buttons don’t read when I input combo- any way to override?Answer : Use the key that comes with the box. It’s backup if the batteries die or the combination is forgotten.
- Question : I forgot my code and don’t have key how do I open itAnswer : Sorry, I returned it. It did not work for me. You probably won’t be able to open it. The key was supposed to be the secondary way to open the lock if you forgot the code according to the instruction manual.
