- Question : Is the watch suitable for swimming or taking a shower?Answer : Yes, the watch is 5 ATM water resistant, making it suitable for swimming, showering, and hands washing. But, do not press any buttons underwater.
- Question : Can the watch withstand extreme temperatures?Answer : It is advised not to use the watch in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- Question : What age group is the watch suitable for?Answer : The watch is designed for boys and girls aged 5 to 12 years old.
- Question : Instructions to set?Answer : There weren’t any instructions in the box. It took some time, but we were able to figure it out. Instructions would have been helpful though.
- Question : How do I turn off the hourly chime?Answer : In normal mode press B key twice to enter to alarm mode. Then press D to on/off alarm/chime function. If the alarm/chime symbol appear means alarm /chime function is on otherwise means off
- Question : Will it fog up after going in the water?Answer : No, If the child does not push the buttons while in or under the water.
- Question : Is it only in military time?Answer : You can set it to 12 hour mode in the time setting mode. When you adjust the hour at first there is an 'h' symbol at the bottom. Keep changing the hour till the 'h' changes to 'a' or 'p', to denote am or pm. Hope that makes sense!
- Question : Shortly after buying the watch stopped making sound. Was this function accidentally done? Is there a way to undo it? Or just a cheap watch?Answer : Don't really know. Bought it as a Christmas gift but never saw the watch in person.
- Question : If I don't like the band, can I change it myself?Answer : Sorry, I do not know. Gave it to my grandson who does not live near us. He loves the watch!
