The Office Chair Mat is a great investment for hardwood or tile floor, preventing damage and scratches from chair wheels. This mat is easy to clean, easy maintenance and is thin enough for chair wheels to move freely but not slide around. It is water-resistant but not waterproof, protecting the floor from small spills. The mat does not leave any indentations on the floor and has a sticky backing to keep it in place. However, it can sometimes shed fibers and make a “squishing” noise when a chair moves over it. Overall, it is a durable and attractive mat great for protecting hardwood or tile floors.
