  • Question : Can this enclosure be used for animals that require standing water?
    Answer : No, this unit is not watertight and should not be used for animals that need to have standing water in their enclosures.
  • Question : Can heat lamps touch the ECOFLEX material?
    Answer : No, heat lamps should not touch the ECOFLEX material. Please refer to the assembly instructions.
  • Question : Is the ECOFLEX material chew-proof?
    Answer : No, the ECOFLEX material is not chew-proof.
  • Question : How deep is the lip for the substrate on the 120 gallon?
    Answer : approximately 5.8"
  • Question : Where is this made?
    Answer : Our products are made in China.
  • Question : Does anyone know where you can buy the matching stand for the 48"?
    Answer : I wasn’t able to find a stand specific for this but an aquarium stand works great.
  • Question : Will a 5ft Albino corn snake fit in the Large comfortably & can a heat pad be stuck to the bottom of the terrarium without damaging it?
    Answer : It is a large enough cage however, I do not recommend heat mats. Many seriously burned snakes are the reason. An infrared heat lamp or two on one end for heat the other side to cool off. Make sure they can get up to about 98’ on the hot side.
  • Question : My tank came broken. Will you contact me for replacement?
    Answer : Mine came broken too not impressed with the quality I returned it
  • Question : Will suction cup fixtures adhere to the wood siding of the enclosure?
    Answer : No
  • Question : How are you keeping the tank hot enough? We purchased the large size and can’t get it above 90 on his basking side. We are using 150 watt lam
    Answer : We use both a heat lamp and an under tank heat pad. The pad is connected to a thermostat with the probe inside the enclosure but secured in kitchen safe silicone caulk under his bedding.
  • Question : Could you put Second one on top of the first one?
    Answer : If you’re doing belly heat I think that would be fine. There’s a wire mesh top so you might want something in between to insulate the bottom enclosure from getting too warm with the heat from the too enclosure. Also, you’d want to make sure the top enclosure was reinforced in some way so that it stayed sturdy on the bottom one maybe with some non slip material just in case.
  • Question : Can heat pads be applied to the bottom of the tank (and not damage the material)?
    Answer : Heating pads should be placed on the underneath cage on outside tank, cage, or terrarium. Make sure there is space between cage and the surface of shelf or counter top so there is air flow. Put pad on inside of cage could result in burns to your pet.
