DMoose Hanging Ab Straps are a Nylon fabric product that is comfortable for ab workouts. They are super strong and less likely to break even if you perform an intensive workout. The straps are intended to easily clip on a 1.25" pull-up bar but will not clip on a 2" fat-grip pull-up bar. The product does not come with the bar where to hang them or a guide of exercises. These straps do not require a lot of upper body strength to use, but the trick is to make sure the straps are pulled back all the way to where your arms and arm pits meet. To get the most of them, try to keep from swinging as you raise and lower your legs. Customers have positively reviewed DMoose Hanging Ab Straps as great quality and sturdy. The product allows for more reps to be done by taking away the strain to hang on the pull-up bar with arms. These straps are lightweight but durable and well suited for an average weight person.
