It can rotate 360 degrees and can hold the tablet horizontally or vertically by rotating the holder. The product comes with two sets of screws, one that connects the tablet cradle and the other that is used for drilling down the mount. Overall, customers have had a mixed experience with the product. While some have found the product to be of good quality and perfect for their needs, others have complained about the lack of stability or the lock not staying locked.
