- Question : How to clean?Answer : First, turn off the power of the humidifier and remove the plug to prevent the danger of electric shock. This humidifier is 25dB whisper quiet with the working principle of ultrasonic wave and the mist is quite uniform and smooth.

When you turn on our humidifier, it will be cool mist at first ,you can change warm mist with Remote Control or one touch control .There is a PTC in the bottom of our product, it will heating to 60℃ for disinfecting, but you just can feel the temperature of mist in about 20-30℃ since the mist need to be transmitted from the bottom to the top And it also keep you from getting Scalded by steam.In addition, there are three colors of our humidifier, namely white, dark wood and light wood. - Question : How often does the filter need to be replaced?Answer : The limescale remover used in this product depends on the water quality. it is generally recommended to replace it once every six months. Each of our humidifier products comes with a filter element, and then two additional filter elements for subsequent replacement; In addition, we will produce a separate filter element product in the future, there are ten filters in a box, the price is affordable, please look forward to it.
- Question : Does the floor/carpet or furniture get damp/wet when using this?Answer : Our humidifier is not recommended for use on carpets. The PTC in the bottom will be heated to about 158 Fahrenheit degree to reduce the bacteria growing , but for safety concerns, the released mist will just in about 100 Fahrenheit degree to avoid scalding when children touching .Also due to the appearance of it, the mist passes through the 22.67-inch long bottleneck ,will make the temperature you feel more lower.
