The brace is well made and breathable, with easy-to-use adjustable velcro. It can be washed in a washing machine and hung to dry if needed. However, some customers have reported issues with the sizing of the brace, with the strap over the palm being too short for men who wear L to XL size gloves. Some people have also reported discomfort and bruising around the base of the thumb when the thumb support is wrapped too tightly. On the positive side, others found the Wrist Brace & Thumb Spica Splint to be comfortable and sturdy, and helpful in supporting and protecting their wrist. It even comes with a stockinette glove to wear under it.
