The Echo Buds with Active Noise Cancellation 2021 release, 2nd gen offers good fit for different ear sizes and decent sound quality. They can be paired with a TV or any Bluetooth device and have Alexa connectivity. The pass-through function is a nice touch and the buds charge quickly. However, the earbuds have some notable drawbacks as they may not fit securely during exercise and the active noise cancellation is mediocre. Additionally, some users have reported issues with the left earbud cutting out, the earbuds Constantly changing settings, or the battery life being poor after a year of use. The customer service experience was also disappointing for some users.
