However, some customers find the clear plastic too thick to touch their phone screen over it, and the placement is not ideal for a scooter. One reviewer returned the product because it felt cheap, and the zippers seemed flimsy. The phone holder is easy to install using Velcro, and it stays secure while riding a bike or when the bike is on a truck rack. The product efficiently protects the phone from rain and other harsh weather conditions. The only major downside is that the phone holder bag does not have an option to activate the phone screen without unzipping the bag.
