- Question : What is the country of origin?Answer : Packaging says Manufactured for: Anthony's, 820 Thompson, Unit 32, Glendale, CA 91201. It does not state a place of origin for the oats nor the site of the mill.
- Question : Are the oats sprayed with glyphosate before harvest?Answer : If anything is processed on or with the same equipment which also processes nuts and or wheat products it is not a true certified gluten free (non-gmo) product. If it is organic (it has the label) it would be glyphosate free.
- Question : Does anyone find it taste any different since its whole grain? It is heavier ? I'm using it to make bread..Answer : To me its lighter than regular white flour so you have to use a little more than the white flour recipe calls for. You can google a comparison chart that will compare measured white flour to measured oat flour. The taste is a little different but not that noticeable.
