Does this product work for music stand/planningcenter?

Unsure as I haven't used that app, but I bought this pedal to turn pages on my tablet while playing the keyboard using a PDF viewer. It worked well until the latest version of IOS after which I had to set up Switch commands in Accessibility on the tablet to simulate swipes.

Will it work with multitracks/ChartBuilder?

If you're using this on a MAC or iPad, you may have to do some configuring under Accessibility, but it should work...no guarantees, but worth the try.

Is it normal to have to re-pair after turning an iPad off then on again? The pedal showed up but wouldn’t connect until I re-paired them.

In my case, and because I have an iPhone and two different iPads, I have to turn off Bluetooth on the devices not being used with the foot pedal. In this manner, the Bluetooth signal knows which device to connect. Otherwise it is confused.

The Yueyinpu Wireless Foot Pedal Double Switch Music Page Turner is a rechargeable and anti-skid pad that can be used with tablets and smartphones. This pedal is perfect for musicians who want hands-free page turning during their performances. It works well with PDF viewers and music apps such as Adobe Reader, GoodReader and Mobile Sheets. The footpad area is large, giving the user enough surface to turn pages with ease. The pressure on the pedal is also excellent, allowing the user to leave their foot lightly on the pedal and then press to turn pages. However, some customers have reported issues with this product, including difficulty connecting to devices and inConsistent page turning.
