The Manduka Pro Squared mat is a heavy-duty, grippy mat that is very supportive and durable. This mat is perfect for home practice, but it is not recommended for travel due to its weight. Customers report that the mat is thicker than other 6mm mats and has great cushioning, which is ideal for those with knee issues. Customers also report that it is very sticky, but it is quite slippery when first used. To "break-in" the mat, they recommend the salt break-in method or practicing on it regularly.
