SERIES: Compatible with Tabbies 54500 / TAB54500 and Medical Arts Press / Quill 30228. Letter size manila inserts with color coded tabs are 8-1/2" x 11-3/8".
DIVIDER SET DETAILS: Each set of file dividers is pre collated and has 8 color coded tabs. Each set consists of the following pre printed tab titles: Position 1 - HISTORY & PHYSICAL (Blue Colored Tab), Position 2 - PROGRESS NOTES (Yellow), Position 3 - CORRESPONDENCE (Orange), Position 4 - LAB/X-RAY (Green), Position 5 - HOSPITAL (Red), Position 6 - INSURANCE (Brown), Position 7 - MISCELLANEOUS (Pink), Position 8 - BLANK WRITE-ON.
