It has a beautiful polished nickel finish and is weighty which means that it is made of quality materials. The dispenser is super easy to fill and comes with a larger size bottle that holds almost double the amount of liquid soap. One of the major Pros is that when installed properly, the longer throw means that any excessive drip is in the sink not the countertop. Apart from hand soap, it can also work fine for thicker products like Dawn dishwashing liquid. However, some customers have complained that it is too bulky and large, and the stem is too far away from the pump, so you have to use two hands to pump/hold the sponge under to capture the soap being dispensed.
