Brother MFCJ4335DW Inkjet Ink Cartridges Editorial Review
The Brother MFC-J4335DW INKvestment-Tank All-in-One Color Printer is a great product for its cost. Although one user had an issue with the wireless connection and Brother's technical support, most found it easy to set up and use wirelessly. The printer has a 20 sheet capacity automatic document feeder, with a print/scan speed of 20 pages per minute in black and 19 pages per minute in color. The printer's starter ink cartridge is said to last up to 1 year for average monthly print volumes of approximately 300 pages at 60% black pages / 40% color pages. The printer doesn't handle cardstock and it is not recommended to use any paper other than plain paper during B&W mode. The cleaning cycles are built into the machine and not adjustable, but performed at regular intervals. The scanner DPI can be manually adjusted to 1200 x 1200 in the printer preferences. It is not recommended to use it for printing photos or other special media during B&W mode. Also, it can print Avery address labels. The printer has some Cons, as some users have had problems with the ink running out quickly and streaky prints. The screen display is outdated and the Wi-Fi connection could be more intuitive. However, its ink cartridge replacements are reasonable and don't force the user to sign up for a subscription model.
