The bench is solid and sturdy, and has a comfortable seat with safety hooks to secure the bar. There is also a leg lift at the end of the bench. Assembly is straightforward with clear instructions. However, the opening to lift the bar when lying down is a bit narrow. It is a good choice for those starting out with weight training at home.
