How do they hold up after many uses?Answer : I’ve used it exclusively as a fire pit many times, in windy conditions bring one of those cedar pucks fire starters, brake it into small pieces and use just a couple, use dry seasoned wood and no problem. In a pinch you can use cotton balls and Vaseline as fire starter. No issues here.
- Question : Replacement grill grates?Answer : Don’t think so but you should contact the manufacturer
- Question : How do you go about cleaning it? Is it a hassle to clean? And would continual use effect it?Answer : I love this stove because there is nothing to take apart. I slide the grill top into a separate plastic envelope I made from bubble wrap. The stove itself I just wipe w/a wet paper towel, dry it and put it away. The dirty side folds in on itself so there is no real clean up. I you wanted to you could use an sos pad at home. I don't feel the need for what I use it for. I primarily use it as wood stove and toss in a briquette or two to maintain hot coals to reignite a flame that you may not get w/just wood as fuel in this stove. I love it. Can't recommend it high enough!
- Question : How do i go about buying the larger grill kit? i don’t see an order form to request the larger grill?Answer : Just look up the large size under the same name.
- Question : Does this come with a case?Answer : Mine did not come with a case or the green bag.
- Question : Has anybody had problems with this tipping over?Answer : Like any other stove be sure it is on level ground. Keep the fuel and whatever you place on the grill top (steak, coffee pot, ect.) balanced any you should have no problem.
