    Answer : Yes you can. My kitchen sick was clogged and it worked perfectly. I thought I may have to do repairs but not. Drano worked perfectly

    Answer : That's what it's made to do. But I would stay away from this product. The snake is cheap and broke in my drain. We had to call a plumber to fix the clog and remove the plastic snake.

    Answer : Not recommended since it was designed for sinks. If you just use the gel, it's fine but the snake is designed only for sinks and bath tub

    Answer : The width of the snake is approximately 3/8”. However, be sure to remove any grate/stopper before using the tool.
  • Question : Instructions are on the container with the gel for closing it but I have been trying 2 open it for 10 mins. Secret??
    Answer : I don't have anymore, but I think you have to push down, squeeze the sides of the top and then turn it counter clockwise. If that doesn't work, try pushing down and turning or squeezing and turning. Hope this helps.
