The pictures of this product indicate 2 different amounts of carbs. One says less than 1, the other indicates 18.1g carbs. Which is the correct label?

There is less than one (1) gram of sugar in each tablet-- so the total carbs are negligible.

Can this be mixed with other fluids like orange juice, grape juice and so on

Why not? It's like mixing drinks at a bar! Throw some methylene blue in there and you have potent healing and hydration.
