    Answer : Box ingredients say whole grain corn as third ingredient. Word to the wise, this cereal made me violently ill and I have no allergies. Shame cause taste was good. I have reported my experience to GENERAL MILLS. Others have noted in the comments that there is heavy almond oil presence.
