    Answer : YES. This is just the arm between the part you use on the motorcycle and the item you are mounting. There are many motorcycle mounts and depends on where/how you want to mount it to the motorcycle. There is a handlebar mount, a stem mount, a mirror mount, a ball that can be mounted to the handle bar bolts, etc. This will clamp to which ever you choose. Then you will need the ball mount for the item you are going to mount.

    Answer : Hello, It is made for RAM MOUNTS 1" ball.

    Answer : Probably not. I believe it fits a one inch ball which is about 25mm .
