We do sanitize the lines and scrap one hour worth of production before running the traditional semolina pasta, however, we cannot 100% guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.

- Question : is this product egg free?Answer : The box does not say it contains eggs in the ingredients but does say it is manufactured on equipment that processes products containing eggs. The number on the box for questions is 1-800-922-7455. Hope this helps.
- Question : Where can I fiand Expiration date before I buy it?Answer : Dried pasta will keep indefinitely if stored properly. After a couple of years on the shelf, you may find that you need to cook it longer, as the drier it is, the longer it will take to absorb water, which is all the cooking does, other than make it hot and sterilize it.
- Question : What is the size of the actual pastaAnswer : The size of the individual elbows is " normal / regular / average / standard ". They are NOT miniatures nor " extra large ". Instead of bending "flat", they bend "sideways". The elbows have "ridges" on the outside so that your sauce or dressing adheres more strongly to the pasta instead of dripping down to your bowl or plate.
