- Question : Why on the box, it says not to use continually especially older people?Answer : Some older people may not realize they are wearing the patch day after day and it might cause skin irritation or even sores on a diabetic patient or one with really thin skin. You are supposed to take it off after 8 hours, although I've worn them all day without skin irritation. For a senior who is alert and aware of the patch, there's no concern.
- Question : Can these be used for menstral cramps?Answer : No because you would have to place it on the lower abdomen, that area is thin skin it would burn the skin. But you can try and see if it becomes too uncomfortable then remove it. They are very good
- Question : Can I store it in the fridge?Answer : No cannot store in fridge you leave it out for bedroom or living room
- Question : Is 10cm x 14cm patch available?Answer : Not sure
- Question : Can it reduce pain in a torn rotator cuff? Especially would use it when sleeping as I lay on my sides.Answer : I am not sure about a torn rotator cuff I use it for my bone on bone arthritis in my shoulders. It helps me quite a bit.
- Question : Does this contain nsaids?Answer : Yes! I do it all the time.

It's important to note that the patch may cause skin irritation or sores in some older people, so they need to be removed after 8 hours of use. Although the smell is not pleasant, it's similar to the smell of Bengay, and overall the Salonpas Pain Relieving Patch is highly recommended.
