Yes, the single lever handle makes it easy to control the water temperature.

Does it meet ADA standards?

Yes, it meets standards set by Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Does it come with the cartridge?

Yes, this comes with the cartridge (the part that goes in the rough-in valve). You still need to have a rough-in valve like the Delta R10000-UNBXHF Multichoice Universal or similar installed to use this shower set.

Does this come with control valve?

Yes, the Delta Foundations Shower BT13210-SS faucet does come with the valve cartridge assembly, that controls the on/off and hot/cold features.

Is this made from plastic?

The cartridge insert is plastic. The shower head body is metal, and the inner diffuser is plastic. Everything else is metal. Delta is still the best product, and best product for money. Their SS products are excellent.

My older Delta shower faucet has the diverter by the handle, not on the spout. Can I replace with diverter on faucet, will there be a problem?

We no longer manufacture shower units with push button diverters. For further assistance, please contact our Delta Customer Service line.

Why does the stainless finish water spot so bad? I have a water softener.

Here is some basic cleaning and care information provided by Delta. Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a soft cloth should help. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a solution of white vinegar and water. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with household cleaners such as 409 or Windex. Avoid using industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners.

If I purchase a R10000-UNBXHF, can this Delta control the flow from the shower to the tub?

The R10000-UNBXHF is a shower only valve and would not divert water to a tub spout. You will need a tub and shower valve or a separate diverter valve.

Is this stainless steel finish similar enough to brushed nickel? The shower doors I am installing are brushed nickel.

Yes, this trim kit goes excellent with brushed nickel.
