It is mounted by two screws. This is an easy install. The box is permanently mounted to the wall. You would have to take out a couple of shelves in order to take it down.

Looks like this includes eye wash but it is not listed in the "included in this first aid cabinet" is there medi-first eyewash? thank you

It does include a small bottle of eye wash. It also includes other items not listed. I think it was a great deal for the price.
