What are the dimensions of the box these arrive in?

It comes in a box just a lil bigger than the diapers package itself.

What is the difference between M4 and L4?

The L4 is more absorbent than the M4. The sizing would still be the same. If you use a diaper occasionally, I recommend you try some samples of the Better Dry.

Why can't I buy this in medium?

Because it’s large and not medium.

Is this plastic abena abri form l4?

No. They are Abena Abri-Form Premium L4 Cloth-Backed Brief.

What is your assessment of these for folks like myself who sleep on their side? That has always been the problem. Are they better than Molicare?

These are a good diaper. Side leakage is a problem with most disposables. I use plastic pants over my diaper at night, and place a simple booster pad in the pants. Any leaks are contained and absorbed.
