The Abena Abri-Let Fluff Incontinence Pads Without Barrier, Maxi, 20 Count are a booster pad for extra fluid absorption. They do not have an adhesive backing, making them unsuitable for use in regular underwear. They are designed to fit in Abri-Flex Premium pull-on underwear, and they work well even for heavy wetters and side sleepers. However, they need to be positioned well, and sometimes they may leak if not tucked in properly at the legs. They are shipped discreetly in plain boxes and are comfortable to wear, but they add some bulk to the diaper. They are pricey, but they are worth it since they work better than most similar booster pad products.
