    Answer : I have first-hand experience. I do 100 crunches every day, 5 days a week. I've dropped 4-5 inches off my pants waist. I'm starting to see a contoured stomach with muscles. It takes time and effort for results, but I'm seeing results after approximately 9 months of consistent usage.
  • Question : Why does one of the padding not go all the way down?
    Answer : THERE IS A PICK UP ON THE INSIDE OF THE LEFT RAIL FOR THE COUNTER READ OUT. THIS PLUG MAY BE PROTRUDING,. IF SO....PUSH IT IN ALL THE WAY. IT IS BLACK LIKE THE RAIL AND DIFFICULT TO SPOT. TAKE YOUR HAND AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FEEL THE BUMP. THIS IS THE BEST AB MACHINE EVER! HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU
  • Question : The long locking pin doesn't go all the way inside the hole- only about halfway. Is it normal or did I receive a defective item?
    Answer : Hello, it should go all the way through. Although the locking pin does not stick out of the other end extensively, you should be able to see and touch the tip of the pin. It's a very close fit.
  • Question : Can you connect both leg parts to do workout both legs simultaneously? Like Ik it works independently in 2 parts but can I also connect them?
    Answer : They don’t connect; but you can lift both legs together
  • Question : I live in an upstairs apartment.. is it quiet?
    Answer : I believe so it’s so small I thought it was for a child. I’m 6’2” so I tried to use it but I’m too tall . I hope that this helped so yes it’s quiet

    Answer : Track
  • Question : I’ve seen conflicting answers. Does the machine allow you to connect the two sides together, or do you just have to try pulling both legs up yourself?
    Answer : You have to pull them up together. However, due to very poor customer support, as in none, I'd suggest either look elsewhere for an ab machine or hope you get one that doesn't have issues. One of the wheels on mine didn't last more than two weeks, and it's been sitting in the room unused for well over a year now. However, it was nice when it did work.
  • Question : Does it work love handles?
    Answer : Yes
  • Question : Is this a total body workout?
    Answer : I recently went over 10,000 crunches on my machine. I guess if you worked each leg separately, you could probably call it a total body workout. For me, I primarily do crunches and I can say this...it will make your stomach flatter over time.
  • Question : The lcd display snapped off after just a few uses. how do i get a replacement?
    Answer : Try contacting the seller of the device and they should be able to get you a replacement piece.
