    Answer : Yes, they would work great for 6th to 12th graders. It is recommended to get extra handles and extra 50lb bands since those kids will be pretty strong.

    Answer : They come with two nylon straps that have a loop on one end and a block on the other. You put the strap in the door jamb and close the door with the block behind the door, then you can either pass the band through the loop or you can attach the carabiner style clip to the loop.

    Answer : The covering does a pretty good job of protecting you from whiplash of the cable if it does snap. But, these snap pretty easily in moderate tension. Oddly, it's the highest weight cables that were most prone to snapping for me.

    Answer : The unstretched length is going to be about 41.5 inches for the fabric covered part. The total length from clip to clip is about 49.5 inches.

    Answer : No, the yellow band is 35lbs in stretching strength.

SUPALAK Resistance Bands Editorial Review

This set of resistance bands with handles, straps and door anchors will work well for basic exercises and for the average fitness enthusiast. Despite being made in China, the construction is pretty good, and for the price, this is a bargain. The bands have a protective sleeve, and the handles, straps, and door anchors appear durable enough, although the materials may not be the strongest available. The length of the bands is around 41.5 inches for the fabric part, with minor variances. The yellow band is the lightest, with a strength of 35lbs, and the black band is the strongest, with a strength of 40lbs. However, the bands do not stretch well when anchored, so they may not withstand stronger forces. The quality of the clips is not reliable, it doesn’t spring back into place, and the sleeve that covers the band will bunch up under tension.
