| Directions | Use as recommended by your veterinarian. Wet the fur with cool water from the neck down. Using 1 pump for every 4 lbs, gently massage shampoo onto skin abnormalities to reach the skin. Repeat until entire body is lightly coated with shampoo and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Shampoo amount can be doubled for dogs or cats with long and/or thick fur. |

Douxo D98420E Shampoos Editorial Review
This Douxo Medicated shampoo is designed to relieve bacterial or fungal skin infections in dogs and cats. The original formula has been reformulated due to some dogs having a reaction, but this #1 non-prescription topical brand used and recommended by U.S. veterinarians still works well for many pet owners. It may help soothe irritated skin caused by allergies and works to treat yeast infections on the skin. However, the new formula does not suds up as much and some customers have noticed different ingredients and a less pleasant smell than the previous version. Overall, it is effective in relieving itchy skin and treating infections or allergies.
