- Question : Will this fit a bb30 shell?Answer : Don't think so. Get a bb30 bottom bracket (essentially bearings I think) not press fit 30. Bb30 shell inner diameter is 42mm and pf30 is 46.

- Question : What tool is used to install this BB?Answer : PRESS-1 or PRESS-4, (2) PF30-OB Drift, Bottom bracket cup tool (WRENCH-BB48-39). The inexpensive press with the drifts is easy to use. The wrench is not a torque wrench, but just crank it on hard. Please use the installation instructions exactly as shown on the threaded pf30 page on the wheels mfg website. This is SO much easier than bb30.

I think the dub is 29mmAnswer : SRAM DUB uses a 29 mm spindle, Wheels Manufacturing does build the threaded compatible SRAM DUB bb, but it specific, the PF30 uses a different bearing size so it will not work. There are few different ones used depending on your bb configuration. If your changing it for the first time, you may want to take it to a good bike shop and let them pull it to determine which configuration you have, I use wheels manufacturing threaded bb’s in all my bikes, they are the best!! No more creaking Press fits!!

- Question : Will this fit a BB386 road frame ?Answer : Wheels manufacturing makes the EVO 386 specific for what you have. Part number 386evo-bb-29mm
- Question : I heard that the rubber seal that goes between the crank and the BB makes squeeshing noises and crankset sticky when turning, would one lose watts?Answer : It shouldn't unless installed incorrectly, you should be using the correct number of 0.5mm washers and a wave washer.
