This pool exercise equipment has excellent customer service and is well made, comfortable, and versatile. Users report a tremendous workout for the entire body and that it targets specific muscles and muscle groups that are difficult to isolate by swimming alone. One user with significant arthritis found it to be a great way to do resistance workouts without risking further damage. Additionally, there are many useful instructional videos available. Highly recommended.
