Boise Salt Co. Coarse Salt Editorial Review
Boise Salt Co.'s Pretzel Salt is a versatile product that can also be used on tortillas and bagels. It is not iodized nor does it contain gluten. The salt has been baked at 400 degrees without any issue. Customers have reported that it doesn't melt at high temperatures, stays on perfectly, and holds its shape and flavor. However, a few customers have stated that the salt is only half as good as the salt that comes with soft-baked pretzel brand pretzels. Regardless, it is a classic pretzel salt and is highly recommended for homemade pretzels.
