The earring slots are flimsy, and some customers have made the holes larger to fit the screws provided. There is a mixed response regarding the effectiveness of storage placement, and some customers have found it difficult to store all their jewelry. The product is generally sturdy and smells bad, and requires the use of additional air fresheners to eliminate the odor.
