Verde Farms Organic 100% Grass-Fed Perfect Portion Sirloin Steaks have received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers found the portion size to be smaller than advertised and some of the steaks were off within a day of delivery. Many found the meat to be tough, dry, and lacking in flavor while others appreciated the tender cut of beef and the portion size. Some customers also experienced gristle throughout the steak.
