Yes, Cucina & Amore's Artichoke Bruschetta is made with all natural ingredients and contains no preservatives or artificial flavors.

Why are they not using olive but sunflower oil?

The product uses sunflower oil and it's on the ingredient list. Products made with sunflower oil are normally on my do-not-buy list.

What is the expiration date?

One jar had a 'Best By' date of 9/2023 while the other date on the jar said '2/20' which is the packing date. If either of those dates on the jar is actually 2018, suggest opening it and giving it the smell test.

Yes, this product is vegan. There is no cheese in the ingredients list.

Does this item come as a single bottle?

Individual jars of this item are available, but they are over $10.00 per bottle. However, some people prefer to buy 6 jars at a time.

What is the shelf life of this product? Mine is 2018, is it still good?

If either of the dates on the jar is actually 2018, suggest opening it and giving it the smell test. It's not expensive, so maybe instead of serving it to guests and possibly making them (or yourself) sick, buy some fresh-packed jars and toss the old one.
