How many rabbits would it hold?

Depending on vest and rabbit size it’d vary. Mine xl I believe would hold at least a half dozen.

How many pheasants can it hold?

Depends on the size of the rooster! I have done clown bird hunts and it held 5. Heavy!

Does this vest have water bottle pockets?

Not specific water pockets but you could easily fit 2 16oz bottles in one of the front pockets.

Im kind of skinny. I usually wear medium in shirts but i read that these are a bigger than size. Would i need to get a medium or small?

I wear mine over a coat. I wanted it a little loose. I would go medium if I was ordering.
