- Question : Do they come with eustaceansand if not, where do i find them and size?Answer : The rail comes with a pair of matching escutcheons.
- Question : How much weight can a 300 lb man hold on it?Answer : If properly installed, a 300 lb man using it in a normal manner should have no problem. It is commercial grade.
- Question : Does this have to be grounded for an inground pool?Answer : No grounding or bonding required. This rail can be ordered custom for size, number of bends, or color.
- Question : Can this be installed in the water, say on the first step of the pool?Answer : It is really made to set ground level above your pool. The only way I think that you could mount it on your step would be if your step was concrete with your inserts already in the concrete to support the handrail.
- Question : If the polymer coating gets scratched or gouged through to the metal underneath, is there a kit to repair it to retain its non-conductive nature?Answer : There isn't any metal in the product. It is entirely made from a polymer material so there is nothing to be concerned about in terms of conductivity.
- Question : Where can I find an installer for the handrail 02359 Massachusetts?Answer : I wish I could help you but we live in S.C. Our pool guy was able to recommend someone to install the handrail. It was relatively easy, because it doesn't have to be grounded. The handrail is mounted to the pool deck only.
- Question : Does the black color handrail get hotter than other colors?Answer : I would assume so. The white one has never been too hot for us.
