The product comes in a different colour other than the one ordered. Unfortunately, the refund or return process takes time. One customer received a leaky bladder that won’t hold water, and the mouth-piece was confusing to use with no directions to guide usage, but the product is compact and well-made with lots of pockets of varying sizes.
