Customers have found that they work well in holding up sleeves to protect the knee area but that they can be used for holding shin guards as well. Users place one strap above the shin guard and one below, typically outside of their socks. Customers were unsure about the idea of wearing the straps underneath the sock but there were no complaints about it being uncomfortable. One size fits all option was available and comes with four straps each. There is no rubber on the strap to create friction therefore sometime users use the above-the-ankle method to hold up shinguard. The strap can also be used for the thighs to hold up thigh High socks. Concerns about lost them on the field were acknowledged when used over the sock.
