Answer: I usually wash my hair every 4 days or so and just put a bit of this conditioner on the end. -

Answer: I'd say you're better to try a toner. If your hair is naturally dark, this will only take the edge off. -

Answer: I would be careful if you have just dyed your hair. It should lighten it, but it could have a pink or orange tinge to it. Do a strand test is my advice. -

Answer: Probably not as you have thick, medium-length hair. It depends on how much hair you want to dye. If it's just highlights or just the tips, then one bottle should be enough. -

Answer: I am very grey and it covers the grey well.

It will also lighten hair that has previously been dyed, but it's advised to check the result on the side of the box to see if the hue is dark enough and to avoid patchiness. The product is known to be a bit sloppy and drips during use, and it stains towels and other fabrics for up to two weeks, making swimming or showering away from home difficult.
