- Question : The plastic button to change sprayer has broken on ours. Is there a replacement for this piece? Faucet great otherwise!Answer : Mine broke also, along with the actual sprayer head falling out.
- Question : The little round piece at the base that shows the temperature (red/blue) popped out and I can’t find it. How do I get a replacement for that piece?Answer : I am a customer not the products dealer or manufacturer. I would suggest you locate them and they may have a customer service line. OWOFAN Touch On Kitchen Sink Faucets Editorial review
This faucet has received mixed reviews. Some customers have had positive experiences and found it easy to install, and appreciate the cool design; however, others have complained about various issues such as leaking and malfunctioning parts. Some reviewers found the faucet to be great except for the placement of the cold and hot water handles being the opposite of the standard in the US. Another issue a few customers mentioned was that the faucet was too close to the top of the sink making it harder to wash larger dishes. Overall, the product was deemed cost-effective by one reviewer, but definitely not ideal for home use according to another.
