  Answer : Protein is 3 types of protein. The equivalent to 29 g of dairy, soy whey, nuts 15g meat, poultry, fish ( although it is vegan )and 10 g egg. I’m not sure how each protein is processed differently in the body. I have felt a difference is recovery after exercise and overall muscle tone.

• Question : i see yellow/brown spots in my pills and I’ve never noticed them before. Has anyone else seen this or is my batch bad?

Because these are made without any fillers, binders or additives, they can occasionally get some spots or something that is related to moisture, or possibly just from the force of the tablet press during the manufacturing process. We have seen things like this before and have had them independently lab tested and they are 100% free of mold or any other contaminants. As for the smell, again with them being raw amino acids, they smell and taste pretty bad – but it is not mold.
• Question : When is the Expiry date?
