Best oils to use with ceramic coated pans are avocado, peanut, canola, sunflower, and sesame oil. However, some customers have found that the frying pans started to stick after a few weeks of use. Scratching, chipping and food sticking has been a problem for some customers while others found them easy to use and clean. The pots and pans also have durability issues and are easily damaged. Another reviewed experienced a strong chemical smell while boiling water or cooking on high heat.
