    Answer : It comes with an Intel Core i9-12900 processor.

    Answer : Standard ATX non modular 800 Watts.
  • Question : Which version of the 12900 cpu is included, 12900, 12900k, or 12900kf?
    Answer : 12900 no k or kf
  • Question : It's there more than 2 ram slots?
    Answer : Yes. There are 4 slots. It is capable of handling up to 128gb of RAM. (4 x 32)
  • Question : Does this pc have heat issues?
    Answer : I have been using mine for over a month and have had no heat issues.
  • Question : Is it true that you cannot restore this pc without a 'special usb drive' from hp?
    Answer : When my computer locked up I did NOT have to order a recovery disk form HP. Maybe HP has fixed the BIOS update error. The very first thing I did was to make a recovery disk. I installed Photoshop element 12 and when the computer rebooted the computer locked up. I inserted my USB recovery disk and rebooted. The computer asked for a BitLocker Recovery code. Without the code I was locked out of the computer. Note: Disk copy and image software does not copy the BitLocker partition to the backup drive so you can't do a simple recovery to fix the locked drive. I was able to use Aomei Partition Assistance to delete all partitions on the locked up drive and then Quick Partition and format the drive like a new drive. This will get rid of all partitions including the BitLocker partition. I used my USB recovery drive to reload Windows 11. The hp envy came with the encryption on and you will need a BitLocker Recovery Key to unlock the drive.
  • Question : Can you downgrade this to windows 10?
    Answer : There is a guy on tiktok from england. He has a video on how to do this. I think his name is 'ckenthusist'. There is an actual 'barebones' windows installation that can run on a raspberry pi. Another tiktok user 'windows1984' also has a video about this. 'Windows1984' tiktoker is an actual microsoft employee and he states this in every video. But nevertheless, both of these people seem genuine to me.
  • Question : Are there 2 ports for 2 monitors?
    Answer : Yes there is 1 Hdmi and 3 displayport ports on the graphics card.
