The PEMENOL 15W DC-DC Buck Boost Voltage Converter is a power converter that does not support data communication and supports quick charge protocol for QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP. It has an output power of 3W, but if the load power is too high, it may not be able to drive the load to work. It is a neat product for tinkerers but it's very ineffective. The unit would power 100mA components, but anything much past that and it just trips internally and powers off. The voltage output is also 300mV off. However, multiple buyers see this as an okay product. One reviewer recommends it for tinkerers, especially ebike owners, while another likes the gadget's LCD display. However, others have expressed that it's better to use a brick that puts out higher voltage and its user interface is complicated with no instructions.
