The lid comes with screws, but not all suppliers have them, so it's best to confirm with the supplier before purchase. The product also comes with a flat rubber gasket and an additional 3" riser, which is included in the design to accommodate sump pumps. The lid is a pricey piece of plastic but provides rugged protection once it's in place. While it may not be the best option for R12 risers, it fits perfectly on double-walled corrugated pipes.
