- Question : Why are these not in original packaging?Answer : My tea came in a brown cardboard box. I had a problem with most of the tea pods because they would not work in my Keurig coffee machine. I was very disappointed.
- Question : Unopened how long does coffee remain fresh?Answer : It is tea rather than coffee. It seems to remain fresh for quite some time. Though I have not timed it.
- Question : Which ones are caffeinated lemon taxi for example clearly says no caffeine?Answer : They are all caffeinated.
- Question : How much water should I use?Answer : They're all for Keurig style coffee makers, so whether you choose the small cup (strongest brew), medium or large is entirely to taste. I like the volume of the biggest but if I'm in a hurry I'll brew the smallest so I can drink it quicker. Try them all to see what you like - it really doesn't make a lot of difference with flavored coffees. These are really good flavors, in my opinion.

However, one customer received a safety warning about the product and had to throw away the remainder due to a health violation.
